REFUND POLICY

Returns & Shipping

 We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online *within 14 days* of the purchase date for Store Credit.  The  customer is responsible for return shipping. 

Overview:

  •  Returns are for STORE CREDIT only.  
  • All returns must be received *within 14 days*. Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • No Refunds.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return. See list below.
  • Damaged or Missing Items: If you were sent a damage, incorrect or missing item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order
Holiday Return Policy Extension:
Items purchased online between Nov. 4th and Dec. 24th may be returned by Jan. 15th, or 30 days after purchase, whichever date is later. Sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
